Squats (30)
Step lunge
Lat pull (40/45/45)
Chest fly (45)
Bicep curl (24)
Lying tricep extension (15)

Abs
Reg crunch
Twist crunch
Rev crunch
Roman crunch
Reg crunch

Stretch

After Friday I will have completed each workout for 2 cycles! Eagerly awaiting my new program?? :)
