Cardio Day

60 minutes continuous cardio....

40 minutes steady state walking.

20 minutes stair climbing. 1 min running up stairs (72 steps), 1 min brisk walking, 1 min running down stairs (72 steps). Repeated cycle 6x.

Weights on Tuesday.
